I am going to add the factory method suggested by andreas to the
SynapseEnvironment and add the logic to fetch the temporary data tuning
parameters from the properties file with the following property names having
the following default values;
Threshold chunks : synapse.temp_data.chunk.threshold : 8
Chunk size : synapse.temp_data.chunk.size : 1024
Temp file prefix : synapse.tempfile.prefix : tmp_
Temp file suffix : synapse.tempfile.sufix : .dat
