Attachment: fix-docs.patch
Attached herewith is the patch for documentation. I also included information
regarding the recently introduced transport.fix.BeginStringValidation
parameter. Also I made some minor changes to the old FIX documentation. (The
list of required libraries were mentioned twice and I removed one of them to
avoid any confusions) Any feedback is highly appreciated. If everything seems
ok I'll commit the changes.
