Definite +1, but I think it's fine to make this a case-insensitive
comparison in Axis2.
Frankly, I think we should be doing case-insensitive comparisons on
service names in URLs too, just to "be liberal in what you accept".
Maybe this could be a configuration parameter on the URL based
dispatcher :).. however, the ?wsdl, ?xsd etc could easily be case
insensitive..
