What was the issue with MinConcurrencyTest?
The issue I see is with my dual core, where a thread updating the latch
is not seen from another thread. The concurrency of 4 is reached if you
put a sout, but the latch update is not visible to the main thread. This
is due to the Java memory model AFAIK
If the concurrency doesn't reach the expected level, this will cause
the test to hang (except if at least one message takes more than 5
seconds before being received).
Yep, lets put some thing to make it work for that case if it ever happens..
