Where is the bug? These are just transitive dependencies - something quite
normal if you are used to Maven. What is your actual problem with this?
commons-code is a depency of commons-httpclient which is a dependency of
axis2-transport-http which is a dependency of synapse-transport which is
actually a dependency of the synapse-core.
Those dependencies can be pretty well visualized within the pom editor of
Eclipse (tab dependency graph) where you can also search very well).
I'll attach a screenshot for you which may make the situation more obvious to
you.
