Hi Ruwan,
Send mediator is not implementing the ManagedLifeCycle interface. When
WSDLEndpoint is specifiied inline within a Send mediator, since send mediator
is not implementing the managed lifesycle WSDLEndpoint's init method is not
called. Because of this when a WSDL endpoint is specified inline within a send
mediator, it's endpoitn context is not created.
