I've attaced another patch with send mediator implementing managed life cycle.
I didn't remove the null check in WSDLEndpoint, since it is better to
anticipate the worse. Anyway I think the proper thing to do is throw an
exception from the onSuccess method of the WSDLEndpoint if the context is not
available.
