Upgrade the FIX Transport to Quickfix/J 1.4

Currently the FIX transport is dependent on Quickfix/J 1.3.1. The code seem to
work fine with Quickfix/J 1.4.0. Therefore given the improvements available in
Quickfix/J 1.4.0 we should upgrade the transport to the latest QFJ version.
Also QFJ-330 (http://www.quickfixj.net/jira/browse/QFJ-330) has been fixed in
the 1.4.0. Therefore we can avoid using reflection to access group information
when converting FIX messages into SOAP.
