I have upgraded the QFJ version to 1.4.0. (QFJ artifacts available in WSO2
Maven repo). I also got rid of the reflection stuff used in FIXUtils class.
Things seem to work fine with the changes. I have also included a couple of
test cases to cover the FIX to SOAP conversion.
Asanka, I would appreciate if you can also verify that everything is working
fine with this change.
