Unit test might cover basic functionality of the single mediation unit, However
it does not demonstrate that different pieces of the system work together.
Simple example, as you mentioned in SYNAPSE-41 this does not work when the
string set up explicitly, Which scenario only can be covered with the
integration test.
Further the end user does not care anything about unit test, But they do care
about the integration test result. We have just 77 integration test and we do
not have all the samples as integration test. Hence, IMO synapse should have
rich set of integration test.
