I agree about the need for having more integration tests, but we have to also
remember that integration tests are expensive. Each integration test adds few
seconds to the build time. Therefore we need to carefully weigh in the pros and
cons when bringing in a new integration test. IMO the scenarios involving the
FaultMediator can be easily tested using unit tests. The case with setting
explicit strings as FaultDetail can also be tested in unit tests by changing
one of the existing test cases.
