Thanks Luciano for your guidance to get this project into state what it is 
now.Your guidance helped project to get more contribution through increased 
healthy discussion on mailing list, increased contributors and commuters, more 
liras, commits and more releases over 16 months.
I believe Apache SystemML is ready for graduation from incubating state. Lets 
go for it.
