Henry, No problem. Recently, the committers and contributors have started their work. I think that some guide is necessary for them. So, I've written it firstly.
As you mentioned, the section for updating Tajo site is necessary. Since the section is useful for only committers, it would also be great to create new page for committers. It's up to you.
