Hi! Depends what you like to use it for.
There are quite a few pros and cons. And we could also use our CMS which is basically SVN pub-sub, thus fully historised. A wiki must be login-guarded as well otherwise we will see spam bots all over (been there done that...). And discussions belong to the mailing list and not to edit-wars on some wiki ;) So what is wrong with out CMS?
