Hi IMO it 100% depends on dependencies. I'm used to do a "big" extras using all API until EE then another module by external dependency - just to avoid to have 1 bval, 1 jaxrs etc...and finally just 2-3 classes by jar but 1 module by additional dependency works well as well.
