Namespace separator and property names

Dear all,

did we already agreed on the format of property names? For me a property 
name looks like this

configProperty=true
de.company.product.foo.bar.key=al...@company.de
org.ÖÜÄ.v90=ÄÄÄÄÄÄÄ
