Not sure about titles at conferences. Anatole's JavaLand session is simply called "Java Konfiguration", I may have proposed the one in Poland as "Apache Tamaya" the (incubating) is rarely used in the overall headline of a title, or do you say we should do so in future?
I can't even say if the "Quickie" a 10min talk will be accepted, if it is, I may ask them to add (incubating) at least in the detail description of the talk and subject, otherwise it is irrelevant for this talk. I am on the AdBoard of DWX '15, so if I'm asked to review Anatole's proposal I could help rephrase it, but if it simply says "Java Konfiguration", too there seems nothing wrong either.
