Actually that is what I saw as well. On my windows (or Linux box) things
worked perfectly, on the CI server not. Now things are working on CI and my
machine, but not on yours -- aaarrgghhh...

Let's focus on getting the things done, so we can release 0.4-incubating
and make more positive noise ;-). I will also add a module to the sandbox
for implementing the latest config JSR API (basically copying the
microprofile module and rename some classes ;-) ).
