My last mail on this topic hasn't it made to you.
My suggested solution (tested and working) is to split the class with
the tests in two separate classes.
As this problem seems to be related to a combination of
OS/commandline/buildtool I think this would be a reasonable solution. I
wouldn't invest more time to hunt this configuration problem.

But if I run it as single test then it will pass...
