Good point about the dual voting.  I guess the experiment failed - but
either way it seems reasonable that people should feel free to only vote for
one person at a time if they feel like it... Possibly following up with
another vote for the other or not at all.

I dont like this procedure... I feel it forces me to delay
casting my vote until i have a clear opinion on both. But perhaps I'm more
familiar with one of the guys and want to go ahead with him right away...
