3 framed animated gif demonstrating the issue.
frame 1 and 2 are without any value for css attribute display set, frame 3 is
with display:none
frame 1 was taken while the page is rendering before onload is triggered.
frame 2 and 3 were taken after clicking a button which shows the dialog.
