Allow linking to other pages with custom event types

It could be powerful (actually I need it now) to be able to link to another
page with an arbitrary event type and context. Right now the event system is
limited to within a page or to page activition links. Alter eventlink to
support it by adding a 'page' parameter. The default would the current page (in
which case it would work as it does now).
