Dependencies on Selenium are incomplete

Not sure why, possible the OpenQA folks changed the dependencies, but now when
you pull down selenium, you don't get servlet-api.jar or any of the jetty
support.
Need to add:
<repository>
<id>OpenQA_Release</id>
<name>OpenQA Release Repository</name>
<url>http://archiva.openqa.org/repository/releases/</url>
</repository>
and
<dependency>
<groupId>org.openqa.selenium.server</groupId>
<artifactId>selenium-server-coreless</artifactId>
<version>1.0-beta-1</version>
<scope>test</scope>
</dependency>
To existing projects to get what we need.
