Apache guidelines are that only the latest stable releases should be
maintained.  Others are available for secondary backups.

tapestry-project should be renamed to tapestry5-project to deal with
this.  I believe that to be the only conflict (tapestry-annotations
was renamed to tapestry5-annotations for similar reasons).
