+0. I'm sure things are good, but I haven't had time (and probably
won't over the next couple of days) to look at this and personally
vouch for the release.
In terms of "final release", I'd rather hold off until 5.1.0.4; I'm
reworking the URLRewriting API a bit (nearly finished), and I'd like
to get that in before 5.1 goes final.

the proper distribution directories.
Vote will run for three days; on success I'll move the voted artifacts
