Looks good to me, the problems I had with .2 are mostly gone. The only
annoying thing is that the PageTester bug TAP5-621 has just revealed another
almost identical problem, this time with getHeaderNames() which is most
unfortunate. These tests failing is pretty much my last hurdle I think.
Anyway I've commented on TAP5-621 but someone else will need to re-open it
because I can't.
I suspect you may need another point release before final but lets wait see
shall we.
