I'd like to get away from using Maven to generate documentation and switch to something the gives prettier and better organized results.
Sebastian H. has been doing a lot of work on mockups for a better organization of Tapestry. Basically, the fact that the landing page doesn't give you quick and obvious links to documentation, tutorials & a basic description of what Tapestry does and why its so valuable is hurting adoption. Most people won't open the first door, it must be open for them.
