No. rat is ignoring xsd, owl and rdf files. We need to check those.
I also added this bit to our Maven pom, which adds the mythical DISCLAIMER file that is required for incubator projects: https://github.com/taverna-incubator/incubator-taverna-maven-parent/blob/master/pom.xml#L279
