This only affects our usage of
[oa.rdf|https://github.com/apache/incubator-taverna-language/blob/master/taverna-robundle/src/main/resources/ontologies/oa.rdf]
which is from https://www.w3.org/ns/oa/oa.rdf version 0.9.20130208
I've commented on
https://github.com/w3c/web-annotation/issues/66#issuecomment-193017591 that the
license should be made clear within the ontology file.
..as this ontology will be updated now that the Web Annotation Model progresses
through the W3C working group and release it under a W3C license rather than a
community license.
