I would expect a CLA to be the business of the contributor to, in this case, W3
and W3 itself. Isn't that a totally separate issue to the license on W3
"products"? It seems like confusing an employee/employer contract with a
vendor/customer contract. OTOH I do try to avoid license discussions.
