Hello, Taverna server includes an xsd (https://github.com/apache/incubator-taverna-server/blob/master/taverna-server-webapp/src/misc/xsd/persistence_1_0.xsd) which can be licensed under CDDL (read the source file - the user can select either gpl or cddl).

So it looks like that file can be included but it begs the question of what "appropriately labeled" means. Any ideas? Point to this licence in NOTICE?
