Hi Yicong, The report you made is too detailed. The Incubator report is about high level detail and not low level items like what PRs you merged. It would be one thing if you have a big new feature set. This report goes to the Apache Board and boards are interested in the big picture - eg is the podling prospering or about to retire? Since the podling is 3 months old and we have yet to do any set up or don't even have the SGA finalised - that is the real news for this report. It would be useful to look at other podlings reports in https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/INCUBATOR/June2025 to see the level of detail.
The report is probably ok for this month but future reports should focus solely on the headline items.
