I think 0.7.1 should include TEZ-3193 which was marked as a Blocker for 0.7.1.
We've seen a number of jobs on our clusters deadlock because of it.

Sorry for the long wait. I have finally created an RC for 0.7.1 with the binary
release bits included. The binary release is compiled against hadoop-2.6.0.
Please do validate the binary bits as well as the license/notice files. The
