For right now I think we should remove the boost uuid from the delphi generator
since it is not a necessary item for the generated classes and we can get the
CI server back up and building. We probably should start checking for a min
boost version, but for right now that version will have to match the CI servers
version which is 1.40. Ill get a patch together to verify boost version in the
build
