Implement TSimpleJSONProtocol for PHP
I've implemented a SimpleJSON writer for PHP.
I made it similar to TJSONProtocol.php and TSimpleJSONProtocol.java so it
should comply with the coding standard.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/edvakf/thrift php_simplejson
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/thrift/pull/602.patch
