Description: One of the travis CI build jobs runs
build/docker/scripts/sca.sh in the ubuntu-artful docker image. It was recently
updated to make precross before doing cppcheck and flake8 analysis, and that in
turn resulted in discovery of issues in the generated code that needs to be
investigated and fixed. (was: One of the travis CI build jobs runs
build/docker/scripts/sca.sh in the ubuntu-artful docker image. It looks like
artful has an improved flake8 with more checks. It was causing a lot of errors
in test/py so it was disabled. It needs to be re-enabled and run clean through
flake8.)
