Did you try patch -p1? The test patch was meant to be incremental on top of
your original patch. I didn't use svn diff because it creates a diff from the
trunk, not just the changes on top of the patch you attached here. If you want,
I can either do an svn diff (which would include both your changes and mine) or
I can simply zip up the test code and content as plain files.
