Any sample file we use needs to be suitably licensed for us to include in Tika,
if there's one you yourself created that'd be perfect, if not one from
elsewhere with a known + suitable license
I wonder if we want a {{<_comment>}} tag and/or {{<acronym>}} with the mimetype
entry to help describe it?
