In general I'd still prefer to keep test data with individual modules, as it
always feels wrong to have to edit multiple modules to add a unit test.
But I've only got mild objections, and I can see the advantages to having all
test docs available in one shared resource.
And most importantly I'm not the one doing the heavy lifting :)
So +1 the the proposal (with Bob's suggestion to use tika-app for integration
tests)
