Opened up https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TIKA-2369 to represent this
evolution in 1.16 (and/or 2.0), and then we can move forward on this since I am
fine with this being off by default. [~thammegowda] do we have documentation on
the wiki for the SentimentParser? If not please add it and I think we're good
to go.
