I agree that allowing the user to specify the path makes sense.  Perhaps they 
could also specify the alias (python vs python3)

 

Does the existence of this issue imply that the rotation is not working at all 
at this point?  That is what I'm seeing on Windows.  I've got python installed 
with all the pre-requisites, but the de-skewing is not working.  No errors, it 
just doesn't work
