Ah, I wonder if that's a bug in the version of the mp4 library used in 1.26?
The output I shared came from a recent build.
Trying with the latest code in the 1.x branch, the full metadata I get is

Can you try a newer version of Tika? (Snapshot build, or wait a few days for
2.0beta1 assuming the release vote passes)
