Is 3.0.0 ready for release?

Hi,

I think we're finally ready to release Apache Tiles Request 1.0.0, 
Apache Tiles Autotag 1.0.0 and Apache Tiles 3.0.0 as beta quality.

Unless you see more work to be done, I'll cut out a release this week 
end probably.

I've filed a few improvements in JIRA, which in my mind are for 3.1.

Also, we've fixed a few issues these last 2 years on the 2.2 branch. I 
feel it would be a good time to release the latest version 2.2.3. Should we?
