When I determined the timing issue was related to the traversal finishing
first as opposed to it not having enough time to start I figured I could
experiment with lowering this but it was admittedly a shot in the dark at what
the "right" number is.

> TinkerGraphComputer {{TraversalInterruptionComputerTest}} fails for me fairly
> consistently. It appears that the test traversal is completing before
> {{t.interrupt}} on occasion which causes the test to fail because the
> {{TraversalInterruptedException}} is never thrown. I can reproduce this
> failure more consistently when running TinkerGraphComputer with 1 worker.
