I think that implementing this will require deprecation of some old methods to
clean up. I think we will just have a {{RequestOptions}} class that can be
passed along with the "gremlin" argument to be sent to the server.
{{RequestOptions}} will cover all the old method overloads for {{submit()}}
except for the one that takes the raw {{RequestMessage}}.
