i think we are still roughly on track to code freeze at end of day on
Friday (11/27). I would have liked to have sorted out some additional
issues with the python driver but that doesn't seem feasible at this point.
There are a gang of currently open pull requests to merge, but I'd imagine
them merging soon enough. Please yell if you have any last minute concerns,
otherwise we'll put down pencils on 3.4.9 as planned. Thanks!
