Hi guys, I don't think Committer == PPMC. We have had issues in the past which we dub "commit and split." People get so excited about TinkerPop, have their boss supporting them to work on it, do all these features, make lots of promises, and then like a ghost….nothing…. "hello, can you finish?… can you update?…" nothing….
I think a PPMC is someone who has shown at least 1+ years of steady dedication to TinkerPop and can demonstrate that they are doing this beyond the fleeting moments of "their job."
