@dkuppitz i got the integration test back to just 13 requests. i guess
times(2) ultimately creates an `IsStep` which is a `FilterStep` so adding the
viz side-effect in the strategy after `FilterStep` created some added "decay"
to gephi. That didn't seem right - I changed it to add the infrastructure after
`HasStep` only for now - think we can make that any better? is it even good
with just `HasStep`?
