If you want this just for BVLP, then you should make it explicit and make
sure Giraph works okay as such. As it stands now, it looks like a general Gryo
Hadoop properties file -- nothing "BVLP" about it so we should make sure it
works generally -- unless you make another one that is like
`hadoop-grateful-gryo-blvp.properties' (or whatever) and have a ### comment
inside explaining that its only for BVLP and explain `NullOutputFormat`, etc.
