As I said, this happens with both the latest Chrome and Firefox, as well as
Firefox 47 (these are the three browsers I tested with). Only when using
HTTP/2. The client side is making a POST request to upload a file. The library
that we use is "jQuery File Upload"
( We split the file in 1 MB
chunks with that library. In 99% of the cases the first request fails. Does
that give you any ideas?

I'll try setting `overheadDataThreadhold` to 0 on Monday and post the findings.
You need the same logging as I already provided, just with that setting,
